Connie E. Spalek, 83, of Uniontown, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025, in Lafayette Manor.
She was born October 11, 1941, in Uniontown, to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Hovanec Spalek.
She graduated from Uniontown High School, Class of 1959.
Connie worked for Don Dayton Insurance Agency for over 35 years.
She was a member of St. Mary Nativity Church.
Connie is survived by a sister, Nancy Oris; two brothers, Raymond Spalek and wife Carol, and Larry Spalek; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A blessing service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 10, in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 603 N. Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, PA 15401.
Interment is in St. Mary Cemetery, Uniontown.
