Julia “Judy” A. Crackovich Long, 82, of Uniontown, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025, in the Uniontown Hospital.

She was born July 14, 1942, in Uniontown, to the late Mike and Mary Ann George Crackovich.

Judy graduated from St. John High School and St. Joseph School of Nursing in Pittsburgh. She was a registered nurse for her working career.

She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church.

Judy is survived by a son, John Michael Town and wife Kimberly of Duncannon; a granddaughter, Julia Chilton of Tulalip, Wash.; a sister, Ann Coughenour of Uniontown; a sister-in- law, Jane Fatula and husband James of Hopwood; four nieces and nephews, Mike Crackovich, Cathy Brown and husband Mike, Karen Mulholland and husband Mike, Brian Crackovich and wife Annie Shen; and four great-nieces and nephews, Jacob, Anna, Benjamin, and Abby.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Sue Markutsa; and a brother, Michael Crackovich.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 21, in St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 50 Jefferson Street, Uniontown, PA 15401.

Interment is in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 603 N. Gallatin Avenue Ext., Uniontown, PA 15401.
