LETTER: Hypocrisy on parade
Hypocrisy is at its worst. Rep. Al Green was removed from the Capitol chamber for interrupting President Trump as he gave his congressional address last week. Doesn’t anyone remember Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert screaming at former President Joe Biden during his State of the Union Address?
Then the Republicans complained that the Democrats didn’t stand or clap. When was the last time the Republicans did either during a Democratic president’s speech?
Also, Greene wore a red MAGA hat in the chamber, in violation of the House ethics rules.
Let’s get real, hypocrites!
